Specializing in haircuts and color transformations, she’s been co-owner and stylist at Impressions for 27 years— dedicating her time to creating warm connections and beautiful looks for every client. Tina’s favorite part of her work? Watching someone leave with a smile, a fresh look, and a boost of confidence.

At home, Tina’s happily married to her husband Ron of 36 years, with two wonderful sons, Marcus and Tyler. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her cheering them on or enjoying family time.

Carrie’s journey in the beauty world started at 16 as a receptionist at Impressions, and by 2002, she was licensed and building a loyal clientele. For over two decades, Carrie has been perfecting her craft, blending technical skill with a heartfelt approach to her work.

Her specialty? Everything—from balayage to haircuts—but her true passion is building relationships with her clients. Carrie believes in the magic of making people feel seen, heard, and, of course, fabulous. She says, “We’re not just doing hair—we’re crafting confidence and connection.”

Outside of the salon, Carrie is all about family, friendships, and bringing positivity to everyone she meets.

Sydney specializes in custom haircuts and dimensional color that fit your lifestyle—whether you’re embracing natural hues, rocking fashion colors, or leaning into effortless elegance. With 5 years of experience, she’s found her forever home at Impressions, where she creates a safe and welcoming space for all clients.

Her mission? To help people embrace their authentic selves while creating hair that lights them up inside and out. When Sydney’s not at the salon, you’ll find her on the back porch with her wife Des, their dog Ozzy, or jamming with friends.

Sydney’s chair is a judgment-free zone where laughter flows as freely as great ideas. She’s ready to help you rediscover and redefine your beauty.

Faith’s artistry goes beyond the chair—her passion for beauty was born on the stage during her years in local theater. With over 6 years of experience, Faith specializes in lash extensions, Bellami hair extensions, and creative color services. Her chair is a space for everyone to feel welcome, confident, and radiant.

When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find Faith singing, writing, walking her Goldendoodle Pumpkin, or binging documentaries with her boyfriend, Hunter. Halloween is her favorite holiday (no surprise there—she’s all about the drama), and she’s always down for a caramel macchiato with extra caramel.

For Reese, hairstyling is the perfect blend of creativity and connection. With nearly two years of experience and a passion for making people feel their best, Reese loves helping clients achieve their hair and nail goals—whether it’s a fresh cut, a bold new color, or stunning nail art. While she enjoys all aspects of hairstyling, color holds a special place in her heart, and her love for intricate nail art fuels her creativity.

Reese joined the Impressions team in June 2022 and feels right at home among the fun, supportive atmosphere. “Working here doesn’t feel like work,” she says. “The people make every day enjoyable.”

When Reese isn’t in the salon, you’ll find her exploring hiking trails, working out, water skiing, or expressing her creativity through drawing and painting. She’s also a talented flutist and an animal lover, sharing her life with three cats, a Lab, and a parrot.

Monica’s journey into skincare began with her first facial in her early 20s—and she’s been hooked ever since. With over 25 years of experience (including working alongside Dr. Howard Murad in California), Monica has mastered European-style facial techniques, blending science and self-care to leave every client glowing.

Her specialties include chemical exfoliators, massage techniques, and customized skincare regimens that promote healthy, radiant skin. Beyond the treatment room, Monica loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and pups, especially during the holidays when Christmas movies and baking take center stage.

Monica believes that skincare is a powerful form of self-care, and she’s honored to guide her clients toward both relaxation and rejuvenation.

Rhonda is the first smile you see when you walk into Impressions, and her warmth makes every guest feel right at home. With 43 years of experience as a receptionist, Rhonda knows how to keep things organized, fun, and welcoming.

She’s been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Gurd, for 40 years and has two sons, Sam and Max, who’ve brought two lovely daughters-in-law into the family. When she’s not greeting clients, Rhonda is cheering for Cleveland’s sports teams, tending to her flower beds, or catching WWE Friday Night Smackdown with family.

At Impressions, she loves the camaraderie with the team and clients, calling it “never a dull moment.”
